    Join our team and build the furure of space technology

    We ́re expanding our team at Alén Space, and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist; with passion in what you do , talented and experienced; to lead our Mission Control Center team and help build the future of space technology.

    Thecandidate will work with the HR team. As an integral part of our Human Resourcesdepartment, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring proper labor analysis,expansion procedures, cool onboardings and employee support.

    What you will be doing?

    • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
    • Source applicants through online channels, such as Linkedin, Infojobs, Tecnoempleo and other professional networks
    • Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
    • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, on-site interviews...
    • Assess candidates information, including CVs, portfolios and references, evidences
    • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
    • Will be in charge of the sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding talented employees in a company.

    What do we need in our team

    The candidate must have a Bachelor and Master's degree in Psychology, LAbour Relations, Sociology or any other with some technical background.

    • 2-3 years of work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
    • Familiarity with social media, CV, databases and professional networks
    • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods source candidates.
    • Experience with SW/technical positions
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Spanish C1 and English level B2
    • Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively search for candidates.
    • Experience with any Application Tracking System
    • A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
