Job summary
Greet all arriving in-house guests to emphasize personalized service Escort guests to the room Show and inform about all the hotel facilities Write and distribute guest letters cards invitations and several gifts Liaise closely with Reception Housekeeping and F B department regarding VIP amenities and special requests Monitor guest satisfaction report all guests feedback Distribute Internal Questionnaires to the guests upon departures Previous experience in a relevant position preferably in a 5 star resort or hotel environment Fluency in English and German Computer Literacy knowledge of Hospitality software Opera Fidelio Degree Diploma in Hospitality Tourism Friendly passionate personality capable of seeing value in everyone everything Strong communicative interpersonal managerial problem-solving skills Competitive remuneration package Accommodation daily transportation Full board meals Departmental training Becoming a member of an organization that cares about its people the environment local communities Have room to grow develop via numerous opportunities for learning professional development career advancement Team Grow Care
