David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading BPO/outsourcing company who is seeking to onboard a French-speaking sales/cs Agent
-
What you'll be doing?_

  • To build rapport and a positive dialogue with customers, in order to identify sales opportunities and influence them to make purchases
  • To constantly develop client and product knowledge to deliver sales goals as well as the highest quality of information to customers
  • To support and collaborates with other Team members to deliver goals.
  • To embed the client's and CPM's values and ensure that these are reflected daily.
  • Meet personal and quality compliance standards & individual performance targets also contributing to the team target/SLAs

What skills & experience you'll bring to us?_

  • C2 level of French and fluent in English
  • Excellent customer service and/or sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, salesoriented approach, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
  • Time management skills to ensure service coverage
  • Proactiveness towards identifying sales opportunities
  • High sense of professionalism

What do we offer?_

Contract: Temporary - 1-month

Full-time: (39 hours/week)

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pM/Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm OR 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

Salary:Based on 21,000€ per year

Hybrid: Required to come to the office on the 13th & 18th of September.

Start date: 13th of September 2023

Office location: La Sagrera (Barcelona)

Bonus: 500€ completion bonus based on performance.
