    We are actively seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to join our team. As a Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for determine the best possible back-end service for the application, implementing the service, being responsible for the correct functioning and availability of the service, the design of the structure.

    Your role will encompass setting up new developments to optimize the service, providing technical support in the resolution of customer problems, providing technical support in the definition of commercial strategies, and, occasionally, providing support to other teams in the department and/or the company.

    The candidate should bring 3 years of experience as a Backend Engineer.

    The Backend Engineer will be based in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain, for the first 6 months.

    Requirements:

    • Python 3 (Libraries: Requests)
    • Knowledge (demonstrable) of Entity-Relationship schemas
    • Docker, Docker-Compose
    • Linux and Bash management
    • Basic networking
    • Experience with APIs

    Other recommended skills:

    • Docker Swarm
    • PowerBI (0 Reports and E-R Diagrams)

    Responsibilities:

    • Determine the best possible back-end service for the application.
    • Implement the service.
    • Responsible for the correct functioning and availability of the service.
    • New developments to optimise the service.
    • Technical support to the customer in the resolution of problems.
    • Technical support in the definition of commercial strategies.
    • Occasionally, and depending on the candidate's exact training, support to other teams in the department and/or the company.
