Do you like to create good customer relations? We're looking for Irish Customer Service Agents for
Phone Watch/Sector Alarm in our international office in Mijas/Fuengirola, close to Malaga City.

If you want to be part of our new Irish department, this is the job for you.


What does a customer service agent do?
Your primary tasks will be technical support, allocating/booking maintenance services for our customers, and invoice solutions. Your mission is to listen to what the customer needs—and offer them the best viable solution.

You will work closely with different departments at a high pace with several tasks simultaneously.

To keep the high standard of Customer Service, we need someone who wants to constantly develop and help improve our business.

We offer a full-time position; you work 8 hours/day, in shifts between 10 am - 7 pm (GMT+2)


Who are you?
You...

  • You are a fluent English speaker
  • Have experience within a customer servicerelated area and you have a good way of speaking and listening to the customer.
  • Are flexible and a responsive person who likes challenges and to work towards common goals.
  • Are comfortable using PC and phone as your principal working tools.
  • Non-EU citizens need to have a work permit in Spain
