    Buscamos un/a Executive Office Coordinator con al menos 4 años de experiencia en un puesto similar para una empresa reconocida en el centro de Alicante.

    Funciones y responsabilidades clave

    • Gestión de agenda, compromisos y preparación de informes, presentaciones y documentación para reuniones clave.
    • Servir como enlace entre la Dirección Ejecutiva y otros departamentos.
    • Coordinación de actividades diarias, manejo de comunicaciones y supervisión de archivos confidenciales.
    • Ayuda en eventos corporativos y seguimiento de proyectos estratégicos.
    • Investigación y análisis enfocados en la mejora de servicios y gestión clínica.
    • Representación del CEO en reuniones y eventos, manteniendo relaciones profesionales con socios estratégicos.
    • Aseguramiento del cumplimiento normativo y confidencialidad en la gestión de datos sensibles y procedimientos internos.

    Requisitos

    • Formación universitaria en administración o finanzas.
    • Deseable MBA.
    • Experiencia mínima de 4 años en un puesto similar, preferiblemente en empresas de servicios de alta exigencia.
    • Inglés: nivel C1 (hablado y escrito).
    • Fuertes habilidades de organización, priorización y resolución de problemas.
