    Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Analyst to support our Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit in Valencia, Spain. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in a similar role, be passionate about medical devices and patients, and possess strong analytical skills.

    The successful candidate will allocate clinical support needs for customer requests, assess case scheduling capacity, and provide training on the scheduling process as needed. Additionally, they will deliver regular KPIs for the business unit, develop and govern the case planning tool, and maintain accurate Case Support Operations KPIs in all reporting systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Clinical Support: Allocate clinical support needs for customer requests and optimize trainee case exposure.
    2. Case Scheduling Capacity Assessment: Assess cases scheduling capacity by integrating and blending quantitative and qualitative data from various sources to perform complex analyses, interpret those analyses, draw conclusions, and prepare and present findings on trends to commercial management and internal stakeholders.
    3. Scheduling Process Training: Act as point person and provide training on the scheduling process when needed.
    4. KPI Delivery: Deliver regular KPIs for the business unit including dashboards, standardized reports, and other analyses to provide deep insights into Case Scheduling for better business planning and decision making.
    5. Case Planning Tool Development: Develop and govern the case planning tool to allow for efficient allocation of field resources.
    6. Data Integrity and User Support: Maintain up-to-date and accurate Case Support Operations KPIs in all reporting systems, ensure data integrity on sales dashboards, and provide user support to the field team for electronic sales tools.
    7. Commercial Staff Interview and Survey: Interview and survey commercial staff to investigate and identify best practices and business trends to provide guidance on strategic decisions.
    8. Innovation Opportunities Identification: Identify opportunities for innovations in electronic and traditional case scheduling and capacity management tools, present recommendations, and develop specifications for approved tools, as well as training users.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: Bachelor's degree in finance or a scientific field with data analysis experience preferred, or professional profile with 3 years' experience in an analytical/business consulting role.
    2. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English in a business environment is a must.

    PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • European Language Proficiency: Fluency in any other European language preferred.
    • Medical Device Experience: Previous experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar industry preferred.
    • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal relationship skills, and ability to convey instructions and training, influence, and achieve objectives.
    • Analytical Ability: Strong analytical ability, demonstrated problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
    • Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and strict attention to detail.
    • Time Management and Organization: Strong time management and organizational ability.
    • Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills and ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels, including external contacts.
    • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
    • Teamwork and Project Management: Team player with basic project management experience.
