An opportunity for an Aerostructure Project manager has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Tablada (Sevilla).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible to drive industrial activities for Aerostructures Work Packages across product lifecycle, until delivery of the A/C to the

customer and in service operations, including maturity and flight test activities.

This includes:

Managing costs converge to program target, including risk and opportunities management (OC)
Leading planning scenarios and define with Central Programme Office delivery schedule according to CAP Level 1 needs (OT)
Supporting operations in delivering MCA's/CA's with green quality gates on time to the internal and external customer (On Time, On Cost, On Quality).
Configuration management. Manage the industrial modifications within configuration management process by participating in CCC & CCB, defining point of embodiment and ensuring documentation release on time. Provide support to procurement & plants for configuration follow up.
Provide program objectives and ensure coordination between Client, Manufacturer/assembly and Procurement functions for serial and inservices either for damage parts and replacement across product lifecycle
Drive industrial Program communication to stakeholders, plants, procurement and supply chain.

SKILLS

Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering.
Experience in Quality, Manufacturing Engineering or Programmes.
Evolving in multicultural context.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Leadership and teamwork skills.
High level of English
