EU Dairy Raws & Packs Mid Term Planner
You would be part of European zone Dairy planning team.

It is a multicultural team of Supply Chain professionals leading all planning processes, programs and activities for the Dairy Category.

Within this team a new dedicated position has been created to focus on Raws & Packs (R&P) planning and work in close collaboration with the teams in the Country Business Units (CBUs) and the teams from Cycle & procurement (C&P) to secure the supply of materials of the 11 dairy factories across Europe.

About the Job
And here is where you come in, working on:

Consolidate, review, and validate the R&P forecast from all EU Dairy CBUs to ensure that the best possible information is sent to C&P and suppliers / lead the monthly meetings with CBUs to do so.
Followup and animation with CBUs and C&P of the KPIs used to monitor the health and consistency of the R&P forecasting process.
Define and lead the implementation of action plans to improve the forecast accuracy and the overall forecasting process.
Close collaboration with relevant stakeholders such as CBU's Activity Management and Supply Planning Teams, C&P's Supply Chain Integration Team, C&P's Buyers to reduce supply risks and support decisions based on validated R&P Forecast.
Follow up of supply risks alerted by the CBUs in the biweekly 'Supply Security Call' and weekly follow up of out of stock (OOS) risk escalations handled by C&P's SCI Team and of the actions identified to minimize those risks.
Responsible for ensuring the integrity of the MRP parameters, monitor the good use of the MRP by the R&P planners in the CBUs through specific KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and lead the community of MRP users to extend good practices.
CFR: lead root cause analysis and actions with CBUs to reduce the impact of R&P issues resulting in loss of CFR.
Lead specific projects, such as the improvement of current tools (e.g. develop Power BI for forecast analysis).

About you

About You

Degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in Supply Planning or Material Planning.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, and SAP MRP.
Deep analytical thinking, strong ability in problem solving and managing uncertainty.
Great communicator, able to convince/engage people with different backgrounds, located in different countries and belonging to different Teams and CBUs.
Fluency in spoken and written English is a must, knowledge of other languages highly appreciated.
