Unit: HR Service Center (HRSC)

Serving as an external HR service provider for clients seeking comprehensive outsourcing of personnel administration, payroll processing, and calculations.

We are seeking a passionate HR and payroll enthusiast to support BPO HRSC in the Flanders/Wallonia region.

Job Description

• Supporting BPO HRSC Teams in Antwerp, Geel, Ghent, and Mont-Saint-Guibert.
• Ensuring accurate personnel and payroll administration for assigned clients.
• Guiding clients on payroll, personnel admin, legalities, and software applications.
• Building and maintaining client trust relationships.
• Identifying inefficiencies, proposing optimizations, and sharing best practices.
• Transferring knowledge and tasks within the team.

Profile: What We Need

• Relevant experience in payroll and HR.
• Proficiency in eBlox Payroll and familiarity with tools like Protime or SAP.
• Adaptability to diverse working practices and environments.
• Analytical skills and a passion for software applications.
• Flexibility, stress resilience, a customer-centric approach, and eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in Dutch and English or French and English.
