What is the Dare To Do More program?


DARE TO DO MORE is a two-year graduate program from PepsiCo, which offers you the opportunity to fast-track your career within a leading global brand.

It's a rotational training initiative aimed to accelerate your career by broadening your development through varied experiences in such functions as data and analytics, marketing, sales, supply chain, and others.

Responsibilities:


Your day to day with us:

  • You will work with the customer demand of selected PepsiCo markets across Europe. Categories in scope Foods & Beverages and forecast horizon up to 24 months.
  • You will focus on detail, maintains master data and consolidates forecasts with sales monitoring and reporting demand plan accuracy and performance.
  • You will collaborate with teams from different functions and facilitates touch points with local market demand planning teams.
  • You will work with local DP teams across Pepsico Europe Markets Units. Categories in scope Foods and Beverages.
  • You will support on identifying opportunities for continuous improvement ( KPI ́s review, ad hoc analysis and tool incidents escalation and follow up).

Qualifications:

What will you need to succeed?

  • You are a final year student, recent graduate or your professional with zero to three years of work experience.
  • You have fulltime availability to join our graduate program in September 202
  • You are innovative, passionate and creative.
  • You love to seek out new opportunities and challenges.
  • You are a fluent English speaker (local language is beneficial).
