Our fruits & vegetables are wrapped and sold in our internally designed packaging. That this can really happen is your daily challenge Assure the availability of our packaging in our production sites and providers regarding a correct confection in a timely and quality and price manner is your main responsibility

Supported by a coherent packaging strategy for each product you will be in charge of its execution on a daily work level.

You will also contribute to improve future processes and planning with a campaign closing.

If you are passionate about coordinating and setting down the packaging supply for different products, then this is your opportunity We ́re looking for and hands-on, agile and proactive Packaging Coordinator.

Your role highlights - your responsibilities

Multitasking isn't frightening you at all coordinating the packaging supply for different fruits according to the global campaign planning includes:
Coordination of the packaging with providers and producers
Timely followup to meet deadlines
Planning followup in order to accomplish the general campaign planning
Partnership (one of our core values) is important in your day to day work you'll have to coordinate and communicate with our multinational colleagues from different departments (Marca, Product Management, Sales,) as well as extern suppliers worldwide
KPI followup and stock management is challenging in order to control, followup and reduce our stocks
You will also be in touch with our warehouses and subsidiaries
We always eager to make things better with an analytical campaign closing you support the process improvements for further campaign planning and executions

Requisitos:

Higher studies in Economics, International Business, or similar
Language skills are as important as communication skills: your fluent in English and Spanish, French is valued
Two years' experience in an operative and organizing position
Your flexible and adaptable unexpected changes won't drive you nuts
Your strong and agile at coordinating and organizing proactively
