Job Description:


The Global Commercial Effectiveness & Governance team operates across Galderma's three business units (Aesthetics, Prescription and Consumer care), and partners with both the global business unit teams and the regions and markets to provide efficient promotional spend infrastructure and performance-oriented governance.

The Global Marketing Manager works on the annual brand plan, pricing analytics, marketing mix, channel effectiveness and content effectiveness to ensure global commercial effectiveness focused on the right commercial priorities within the priority growth markets.

This role will report to the Head of Global Commercial Effectiveness and Governance and will work hand in hand with the global business units, regions, and markets to run corporate processes, deliver capabilities with global scale, and provide transparent and consistent insights on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • You run specific company processes at Global, Regional and Country level (e.g., Annual Brand Planning)
  • You pilot and scaleup capabilities to enable efficient execution such as building a single way for Galderma to strengthen Global content to the extent possible, providing markets a seamless way of transcreation and localization and the creation and implementation of global toolkits.
  • Working with corporate functions to collect, consolidate and report metrics of performance, identifying trends / best practices and areas of optimization is an important part of your desk. In addition, you work with the Analytics & Intelligence team to define and keep evolving standard reporting for the In-Line Committee.
  • You run adhoc analyses on a quarterly/annual basis to optimize resource allocation within different portfolios, channels, and regions (e.g., Marketing mix, return of investment evaluations, Pricing studies)
  • You define a standard way to enable launch preparations for key products across markets
Skills & Qualifications

  • You have a solid background in toptier Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Global Marketing or any relatable knowledge in Pharmaceuticals, Aesthetics or Consumer Goods industry
  • You have a postgraduate education in Business Management, General Management, or any relatable study
  • You have knowledge of evaluating and managing large datasets
  • You can build companywide capabilities that drive costeffective execution at country level, such as the creation of insourced agency teams to create and localize content at quality and scale
  • You worked before cross functionally to implement corporate processes such as Annual Brand Plan, supporting global, regional, and country teams to deliver effectively
  • You can build executivelevel presentation, with compelling storytelling, on topics such as Marketing Mix studies, channel effectiveness, return of investment definition and reporting, portfolio prioritization
