Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Support professional to join our team in Bilbao, Spain. This part-time role involves assisting customers from our branch and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.

The Sales Support role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service, handling orders, inventory, and deliveries. You will work closely with the branch manager, sales representatives, and warehouse personnel to ensure a smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth by assisting sales teams in industrial distribution.
Nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular visits and communication.
Support sales staff with lead generation, proposal preparation, and presentation delivery.
Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues.
Process orders, quotes, and verify pricing and availability.
Maintain accurate inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and report discrepancies.
Coordinate deliveries, load/unload trucks, and ensure timely product delivery.
Handle customer returns, exchanges, and warranty claims, and process credit memos and invoices.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.

Requirements:

A strong interest in sales and a desire to sell.
A valid driver's license and ability to meet driving record requirements.
Demonstrate core values of Ambition, Innovation, Integrity, and Teamwork.
Possess or be working towards a degree in Business/Marketing or have related industry experience.
Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages regularly.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or warehouse operations preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
