    Your Future Tasks as an Enterprise Architect

    As a Blackbelt Enterprise Architect, you will play a crucial role in developing a holistic enterprise architecture model that aligns with our customers' strategic goals. We are seeking an experienced professional to serve and guide SAP customers on their transformation journey, particularly those initiating a RISE with SAP transition.

    Our approach involves understanding the customer's existing Enterprise Architecture, supported by tools like LeanIX or SAP Signavio, and guiding them towards a North Star target architecture state. This ideal target architecture aligns their strategy and required business capabilities with SAP's solutions and adheres to Clean Core principles backed by SAP's Business Technology Platform.

    We utilize proven Enterprise Architecture methodologies and frameworks to support this approach. By helping our customers achieve their strategic goals, we enhance their business transformation with our perspective on Enterprise Architecture and SAP's North Star target architecture. This facilitates innovation and the adoption of new business models and technologies, increasing the acceptance and usage of SAP's solution portfolio.

    You will work closely with customers and colleagues to ensure a balanced mix of activities dedicated directly to customers and tasks dedicated to support and serve our team and regional teams.

    Your Profile

    • At least 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Program Manager, Architect).
    • Profound experience as an Enterprise Architect.
    • Proven track record of delivering Enterprise Business Transformation through Application delivery.
    • Experience in end-to-end architectural design for hybrid solution landscapes.
    • Proven knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and Toolset, SAP Integration Advisory Methodology, SAP Extensibility Advisory Methodology, SAP Clean Core principles, and the usage of SAP LeanIX & Signavio as tools to document Enterprise Architectures & Business Processes.
    • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills at senior manager level both inside an IT team and across business functions.
    • Industry-specific knowledge in at least two of the following areas: Consumer Goods, Retail, Discrete Manufacturing, Process & Life Science Industries, Utilities, Oil and Gas, Professional Services, Public Sector, etc.
    • Professional Training & Certification (e.g., SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework featured by LeanIX EAM, SAP Certified Professional-Enterprise Architect).
