Our Opportunity
Manages the delivery of DBI operations services for shared RPA platforms (Uipath, BluePrism, Abby and others).

Your role

As an Application Subject Matter Consultant your main responsibilities will be:

Defines together with the Head of Service the RPA platform management requirements, project initiation, and ramping up of the required services and resources to ensure new solutions are smoothly being transitioned into regular operations.
Supports release management of RPA platform components including definition of roadmaps, software release updates, design and implementation of platform framework, and design and implementation of functional platform extensions.
Manages the RPA platform capacity management including monitoring of resource consumption, end2end monitoring, and planning and implementation of platform extension.
Supervises the correct execution of incident and problem management including endtoend management of incidents across all RPA platforms, resolution of performance issues, and endtoend problem management across all RPA platforms.
Supports deployment management including definition of deployment strategy and methods, and execution of deployments.
Supports access management including fulfilment of user and group requests, and definition of security concepts.
Manages technical governance including definition of implementation guidelines, review of designs and implementations, and management of the technical governance process.
Manages RPA platform security standard processes and documentation as per audit requirements including access management and change management among others.
Manages communication and escalations with vendors related to operational issues.

Additional responsibilities:

Business Accountabilities

Assists with the coordination of a team of RPA Platform engineers providing technical support to stakeholders and endusers.
Works with business stakeholders, colleagues across the wider IT function and crossfunctionally to translate business objectives into clearly defined business cases, costs or financial schedules in order to support achievement of IT and business accountabilities.
Monitors and control allocated human and material resources assigned to project work, maintaining financial and progress forecasting in order to ensure projects are delivered according to schedule and within budget. Collaborates with the human resource capacity management in order to allocate resources to deliverables (operational and projects) according to priorities, and anticipates potential issues related to human resource capacity management.
Supervises and qualityassures the drafting of key policy documents to ensure full compliance to the organization's rules and regulations governing transactions.
Analyzes key themes from a wide range of internal and external data sources in order to identify IT industry developments as well as how different scenarios may impact upon the business, and provide recommendations based on this analysis.
Contributes to the development of processes and leads the implementation of systems and process improvements in infrastructure / BC&IT / architecture, ensuring IT solutions align with mediumterm business objectives and looking ahead to understand future technology options for the business.
Manages key internal and external stakeholder relationships across the organization in order to achieve engagement to change, and provide technical leadership in the design and development of new RPA solutions.
Ensures that IT requirements in the RPA space are properly addressed in projects, and ensures delivery of assigned IT projects or work streams are successful, collaborating with IT colleagues from across the wider function to deliver for the business.
Deploys indepth knowledge in a functional area of IT to support internal clients by responding to requests and issues, acting within a number of complex processes and procedures to solve internal customer problems in conjunction with internal partners or external vendors.
Develops processes to ensure internal partners and vendors meet defined policies / SLAs (service level agreements) on information management, and records and reports core metrics across relevant area of IT.
Creates DR&BC plans in relevant area of IT, and input into wider DR&BC planning and policy.
Ensures the RPA platforms are fully compliant with security and audit standards and processes, and timely addresses real and potential compliance gaps.
Assists with core financial processes related to the management of the RPA platform such as planning, forecasting and project quotation processes.
Defines reporting KPIs and supervises that all thresholds are continuously met and improved.
Ensures the documentation of the SAP is completed, updated and reviewed on a regular basis (both technical and nontechnical).
