    JUNIOR TRADE and BRAND MANAGER HUGO BOSS

    We are seeking a dynamic JUNIOR TRADE and BRAND MANAGER HUGO BOSS to join our Marketing Department as part of a multifunctional team, reporting to the Brand Manager. You will participate in the design of Marketing and Trade Brand plans for your brand, ensuring the best implementation to achieve brand business targets.

    Responsibilities

    • Design and implement marketing and trade plans.
    • Track results and analyze to gain learnings for future actions.
    • Lead initiatives launches (planning, point of sale execution, trade plan...) engaging all other functions involved in them (Influencer Marketing, Visibility & Merchandising, Digital, Sales, Ecommerce, Demand Planning, Finance...).
    • Evaluate Corporate Marketing alignment & licenses guidelines fit in all actions, ensuring consistency.
    • Analyze sell-out and sell-in data to track goals, project results and have brand KPI's under control. Monthly tracking and propose proactively corrective actions if needed.
    • Leverage market insights intelligence: identify market, brand and consumer trends to make diagnosis and strategic proposals for the brand.
    • Forecast brand needs in terms of demand planning and ensure a proper Sales & Operations Process together with Supply Chain, Channel Trade and Sales Departments.
    • Deliver internal and external vibrating brand presentations.
