Our ambition for the IDAM Service Analyst:

The purpose of the IDAM Service Analyst is to support IAM function leveraging identity management tooling, Azure AD and Active Directory related workloads along with contributing to the effort to modernize existing IT infrastructure and adopt modern cloud-based technologies.


The IDAM Service Analyst is expected to be able to perform a mix of service management and design functions as well as project related delivery tasks.

It is also expected to have security enabled mindset and experience operating in large enterprise environments.


This is an exciting opportunity for an IT professional to contribute to the delivery of Unilabs's vision for the transformation of the company's infrastructure toward next-generation capabilities.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Scope


As part of the IAM infrastructure team the IDAM Service Analyst will be responsible to design and operate technology withing IAM services, Directory Services (Active Directory and Azure AD) along with its closest dependencies (SSO, PKI, PAM ), complementary technology (migration tools, log ingestion and analytics, monitoring services).

This also requires good understanding of underlaying dependencies (networking, infrastructure, and security constraints).


Mission
As an IDAM Governance Analyst within our IAM (Identity and Access Management) team, you'll be the gatekeeper of digital identities and access privileges


Your mission:
to ensure the right people have the right access, and the wrong ones don't.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identity Management: Manage and maintain user identities, roles, and access rights within the organization's systems.
  • Access Control: Implement and enforce access policies, including rolebased access control (RBAC), selfservice and least privilege principles.
  • Compliance and Auditing: Ensure compliance with security standards and industry regulations. Conduct regular access audits and reviews.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate accessrelated risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Incident Response: Participate in incident response activities related to unauthorized access or data breaches.
  • Documentation: Keep meticulous records of access permissions, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams, IT administrators, and security professionals to optimize access controls
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with IAM tools and technologies (e.g., Microsoft Identity Manager, Azure AD, SailPoint).
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management principles.
  • Knowledge of security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
