Im Rahmen einer Nachbesetzung suchen wir Dich als Field Service Engineer (w / m / d) für unsere europaweiten Serviceaktivitäten :

Deine Aufgaben :

• Inbetriebnahme, Reparatur und Wartung kleinerer Anlagen oder Anlagenkomponenten weltweit beim Kunden vor Ort
• Inbetriebnahme der Anlagen oder Anlagenkomponenten weltweit beim Kunden, inkl. Schulung des Kundenpersonals
• Unterstützung des Kundenunternehmens, bis die Anlage zur Zufriedenheit eingestellt ist und funktionsfähig übergeben werden kann
• Regelmäßige Wartung nach Rahmenvertrag
• Durchführung von Reparaturen im Werk
• Unterstützung der erfahrenen Kollegen
• Unterstützung des Technical Supports in reisefreien Zeiten

Dein Profil :

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektroniker / in, Mechatroniker / in, Kunststoffformgeber / -in oder vergleichbar
• Einschlägige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 3 Jahre) in einem vergleichbaren Arbeitsumfeld
• Idealerweise Erfahrung mit kunststoffbearbeitenden Anlagen oder Komponenten
• Service- und Vertriebsaffinität
• Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und lösungsorientiertes Denken
• Erfahrungen im Bereich MSR Technik
• Lesen von Schaltplänen (auch R&I)
• Handwerkliches Geschick
• Gute Organisation der Arbeitsabläufe, auch unter Termindruck
• Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und lösungsorientiertes Denken
• Gute Englischkenntnisse sowie internationale Reisebereitschaft
• Durchsetzungsvermögen und Konfliktfähigkeit
• Teamfähigkeit
• Flexibilität
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Office
• Führerschein Klasse B

For our European service organization, we are hiring a Field Service Engineer (m / f / d) :

Your tasks :

• Commissioning, repair and maintenance of smaller systems or system components worldwide at the customer's site
• Commissioning of systems or system components worldwide at the customer's premises, including training of customer personnel
• Supporting the customer company until the system is adjusted to satisfaction and can be handed over in working order
• Regular maintenance in accordance with framework agreements
• Carrying out repairs at the plant
• Support of experienced colleagues
• Supporting technical support during non-travel times

Your profile :

• Completed vocational training as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician, plastics molding technician or similar
• Relevant professional experience (at least 3 years) in a comparable working environment
• Ideally experience with plastic processing systems or components
• Service and sales affinity
• Independent way of working and solution-oriented thinking
• Experience in the field of MSR technology
• Ability to read circuit diagrams (including P&I)
• Good organization of work processes, even under deadline pressure

• Good knowledge of English and willingness to travel internationally
