The Key Account Manager will have the responsibility of overseeing the client relationship by utilizing effective communication, resolving issues, and promptly and efficiently addressing requests.

Acting as a crucial liaison between the client and our team, the KAM will be required to develop a comprehensive understanding of the clients, their requirements, and their requests, and effectively convey this information to the team in a clear and efficient manner.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget as per the designated schedules.
  • Manage conflicting demands from clients and the agency to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Negotiate contracts and fees with marketing directors and client procurement personnel.
  • Effectively communicate and interpret client needs and requests to the team.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, feedback, and meeting records.
  • Assist in coordinating internal resources for flawless project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role such as Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, within an agency environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various organizational levels, including executives and Clevel management.
  • Proven track record of delivering clientfocused solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Provide leadership and inspiration to individuals beyond the core team, including creative teams.
  • Ideally, identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities with both existing and prospective agency clients.
  • Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills, including strong verbal and written English proficiency. THIS IS A MUST
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experienced in providing creative/art direction.
