- Communicate with different departments to resolve all kind of customers issues.
- Diligently follow up with customers, especially when a complex issue cannot be resolved quickly and provide updates throughout the resolution process. Develop improvement actions in a timely manner, coordinate related departments to solve problems, and close the issue in a timely manner.
- Monitor ongoing customer interactions with the product, ensuring customer needs are being met and all the services are aligned.
- To be familiar with working in a multiculture environment with excellent communication skills.
- Customer Service working experience is preferred.
- To be familiar with Salesforces, Innso, etc. and customer service tools in general is preferred.
- Proficiency in office software applications, Word and Excel.
