    Job Description Our client, a leading global ICT service provider, is recruiting for an OSS Domain Manager to join their business inSpain

    Responsibilities:

    Service Delivery:
    Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT services, ensuring adherence to service level agreements. Oversee incident, request, and problem management processes to maintain optimal service levels. Implement best practices for incident resolution and escalation procedures.


    ITIL Framework:
    Apply ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles & practices in service management. Implement ITIL processes for incident, problem, change, and configuration management.


    Service Improvement :
    Continuously evaluate and enhance IT service processes .

    Create a plan & drive the change to achieve a high degree of automation, AI adoption to predict failures and deliver autofixes.


    Performance Monitoring:

    Ensure implementation of the right tools and technology to provide a complete dashboard of every single service and help us proactively monitor.

    Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve service delivery. Generate reports and insights for management review.


    Team Leadership:
    Foster a customer-focused culture, emphasizing responsiveness and continuous improvement via automation and adoption of technologies and techniques to move to a predictive way of working

    Stakeholder Management:

    Collaborate with internal & customer stakeholders to align with overall objectives & goalsQualifications:Minimum Years of IT Experience - 10 years with at least 3 years of experience in the telecom domain.

    Experience working in telecom service providers is added advantageProven experience in maintenance & operations for OSS domains for in telecomProven experience in IT service management, with a strong understanding of ITIL principles.

    Leadership and team management skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
