We are a team of Data and Analytical professionals from many countries and diverse backgrounds, each with unique missions and challenges in the biggest health, nutrition and wellness company of the world.

We are currently looking for a
Product Owner for Data Governance in Europe.

The role is part of the European regional team helping the Nestle business managing the data assets being critical enabler supporting opportunities for Nestlé's digital challenges with our consumers, customers and at the workplace.

Position Summary
We are helping Nestle taking better decision leveraging Data and Analytics.


Looking for a colleague who:

  • Is passionate to drive the business value through data and analytics.
  • Is good to bring the people on the common board governing the data and motivating them to do the right things.
  • Enjoy working in multicultural team distributed around broad geography, cultures, and experiences.
  • Coming with own ideas and innovating the approaches achieving the goals.

What Will Make You Successful?

  • Strong communication skills specifically active listening and adjusting the communication to receiver need. You communicate effectively with all levels of business and technical professionals in English and remotely.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Experience in stakeholder management as well as in conflict resolution in a crossfunctional environment.
  • 10+ years of experience working in Data and analytics space.
  • Experience in Data Architecture, creation of conceptual or logical data models, data domain definition, metadata management will be preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in CPG and business/industry
  • 5+ years of diverse roles including coordination and connecting people across numerous operational units.
  • Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual team.
