Estamos buscando un Administrativo Jurídico para realizar las actividades administrativas en el departamento legal de BFF Finance Iberia.

Responsabilidades

• Recepción, control y gestión de notificaciones de trámite.
• Presentación de escritos telemáticos a través de Lexnet.
• Presentación de escritos telemáticos ante diferentes organismos públicos.
• Seguimiento de los procedimientos con los Procuradores.
• Control y gestión de agendas y vencimientos.
• Apoyo general de oficina, incluyendo atención telefónica y gestión de correo electrónico.
• Otras tareas asignadas para servir de apoyo al equipo legal

Requisitos:

• Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio.
• Tiene 3/4 anos de experencia profesional
• Dominio del paquete Office.
• Experiencia previa en un rol similar, como asistente legal o asistente administrativo.
• Conocimiento de la terminología legal básica.
• Fuertes habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
• Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y priorizar tareas de manera efectiva.
• Enfoque proactivo y colaborativo para resolver problemas.
