Requirements:

Minimum training: higher degree in one of the IT disciplines:
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position:
Oral and Written Medium English:
- Experience in administration and configuration of the BMC TrueSight Monitoring Suite (valuable BMC proactiveNet or BHOM)
- Experience in management and configuration of BMC Patrol and KMS agents
- Knowledge of a tool for recording synthetic transactions or RealUser Monitoring tools (Spectrum, Entuity, Synthetic)
- Experience in network infrastructure and monitoring of the same (SNMP and reception of traps)
- Knowledge of Azure (Google Cloud)
- Ansible Tower: Creating streams and coding in Yaml
- Basic administration on Windows and UNIX Script Bash/Powershell, cmd, yaml, perl, json, psl, mrl
- Knowledge of ServiceNow
Modality

Schedule
- 8 hours a day in shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
