We are Coty Iberia and we are recruiting a Demand planning role in an exciting supply chain department that sits in the Iberia market office based in Barcelona.

Reporting to the Market Planning Manager, as a Demand Planner, your role is key to ensure the most accurate sales forecast in order to guarantee the availability of products on your brand portfolio.


THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for:

For your Brand portfolio, you are responsible for building sales forecasts over a 12-month horizon: You collect the data needed to build sales forecasts from the sales and marketing functions.

You maintain forecasting tools (JDA manugistics): setting up and updating statistical models You analyze data (sales monitoring, trends, deviations, etc.) with relevance in order to improve the quality of forecasts (performance indicators: Mape90, SPP1 & SPP3).

You manage new product launches/shutdowns in collaboration with the global sales, marketing and supply teams.

You ensure the consistency of forecasts according to media and in-store investments, both on launches and regular pillars (base) You monitor the achievement of monthly sales and adjust the forecast signal accordingly.

Each month, you prepare the consolidation of the forecasts, explain and reconcile the variances vs.

financial budget and identify the Business Risks and Opportunities, which you present in the various instances of the S&OP cycle.

Guarantor of product availability, You monitor the availability of adequate stocks to meet customer demand You interact on a daily basis with the global Supply teams in order to secure the availability of the product portfolio You identify and anticipate the risks of disruption in order to protect the customer service rate (performance indicator: Fill Rate).

Main advantages of this mission Very diversified interactions and a global vision of the product flow: the missions are carried out in close relationship with the marketing, trade marketing and sales teams, but also with the various players in the global supply chain (central planning, warehouse, etc.), and with the rest of the French Supply Chain team (customer service, etc.).
