    Graduate Development Program

    What we look for

    We are looking for graduates with the enthusiasm, creativity and business acumen to drive real innovation, and become our future leaders. Full of energy, fresh ideas and ambition, you are the sort of person who loves learning new things, is open to being challenged and has the confidence to challenge us too. We are seeking graduates who bring different perspectives and have the ability to tackle problems in innovative ways.

    We are looking for graduates ideally from Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance or Retail Management disciplines. You should be achieving a minimum 2:2 degree (or international equivalent).

    This position is focused on Spain region, however, with operations in more than 60 countries, we are looking for graduates who have a truly international mindset, with additional languages being desirable.

    You will take on a real role in our business, as well as charity and business challenges that give you a cross-geographical exposure. As well as sales and other business support functions, the program will cover all parts of the supply chain, from producer, to manufacturer, to the shop floor.
