Funciones

From Temporing we are looking for a GUEST SERVICE SUPERVISOR, for important hotel in Barcelona.


Functions:

  • Assure that the guests receive a service adapted to their preferences, needs, lifestyles.
  • Maintain good relationship with the guests, ensuring that all of them have a guest experience adapted to their preferences and needs.
  • Coordinate different departments to assure a highquality experience and create an excellent service attitude.
  • Is a prime example of exceptional and personalized service, is proactive, shows initiative and constantly demonstrates teamwork with other departments.
  • Is fully knowledgeable of the daily results and events in the hotel (Groups and conventions in house, VIPs, last 24 hours opportunities).
  • Be always visible for the guest and help to resolve their doubts.
  • Lobby ambassador on pick times.
  • Creates authentic experiences, socializes with guests in the Lobby, Kozara & Rooftop.
  • Assure that the specific requests of guests during the reservation process or their stay are handled, and guarantee that all of them receive a response. Anticipate their needs.
  • Is in constant contact with guests to always know their level of satisfaction. Is a provider of personalized service and goes beyond limits to ensure that expectations are surpassed.
  • Coordinate together with the Director of Quality/Rooms the selection of special attentions and supervise their correct distribution.
  • Revise the VIP rooms with HSK Manager/Director of Quality/Director of rooms.
  • Booking and managing of the requests for both external and internal services (restaurants reservations, car rental, massage, etc.)
  • Assure that the guests feel accompanied during their stay, as well as connected with Barcelona.
  • Has a constant up to date data base of the coolest establishments in the city, such as bars, restaurants, clubs, galleries, concert arenas, shops...
  • Always provide the most exclusive and professional service. Guests are given the most elite recommendations and obtained the most exclusive reservations.
  • Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of frequent guests, taking into consideration their preferences and offering them in a proactive way during the guests ́ next stay.
  • Maintain the contact with guests to find out how to even serve them better next time.
  • Accept suggestions of our guests and work hard to improve our service.
  • Ensure that quality standards are met and even exceeded.
  • Be the best host that customers have experienced during a hotel stay.
  • Personally welcome and say goodbye to VIP guests, making the checkin and the checkout totally personalized.
  • Handle complaints and suggestions from guests, giving support to the Quality manager in monitoring the resolution of complaints that affect the hotel ́s operations area, interacting with all the Department Heads.

Requisitos:


  • Advanced Studies in Hospitality or Management.
  • Previous experience in similar Job role or two years experience in a service industry, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Spanish & English Fluent.
