We are looking for an Intellectual Property, Content Editor, to join our global team part time.

Talented professional with Law degree, knowledge of Intellectual Property and French, Spanish & English speaker to join us.

You'll be delivering value-add case-law information for Darts-ip product which is a proprietary database to easily search and identify intellectual property litigation information.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

Law Degree or equivalent knowledge/experience
Up to 1 year of relevant experience
Fluent in English, French and Spanish

It would be great if you also had

Specialization/knowledge of Intellectual Property law
Familiarity with Design Model law and/or Copyright law
Well versed to perform searches on the web
Detailoriented
Ability to be a critical and logical thinker; communication skills
Master reading skills in a particular legal text, analytical skills

What will you be doing in this role?

Extracting legal information from caselaw in line with the Dartsip litigation curation policies.
Extracting legal information from IP case law and encoding the information in the database
Achieving target volume deliverables with high efficiency and quality
Performing quality checks
Maintaining the quality of analysis by following internal guideline, attending meetings with the supervisors and following updates
Determining course of action based on guidelines
Maintaining a flexible and adaptable approach towards process change
Attending meetings with the supervisors and following updates
Reporting any inconsistencies to the team manager

About the team

You'll be reporting to the Manager, Content Editing, based in Belgium
You'll be part of global team distributed across the globe

Hours of Work

This is a permanent full-time position at 12 hours per week. The position is hybrid going to our office in Barcelona (next to Sagrada Familia) 2-3 times per week.
