This is a full-time position, carried out from the comfort of your living room (or wherever you want) or from our amazing offices in Paris, Dubai or Barcelona.

Yeah, we all experienced that boring teacher or stumble on this video with unsubstantiated/crazy theories

So we travel the world with learning designers, and researchers and surround ourselves with top entrepreneurs ( Richard Branson, Marc Simoncini, Fred Mazzella ), top athletes (Mike Horn, Frank Leboeuf), artists (Gad Elmaleh, Barry Osborne, producer of Lord of the Rings and Matrix)..

to reverse engineer their strategies.


Our ambition is to make our trainings and coaching as attractive as watching Netflix and to make success the only option for our clients. (whatever success means for them)


So far, this approach has paid off and has enabled us to exceed 2 million followers on social networks, and to organize online events and training courses attended by thousands of people.

But we wanted more, so we created 2 new brands with international ambitions.


And with them we have 3 dreams:

YOUR MISSION:

Your mission will be to generate new income to reach 2M€ in one year by developing a partner ecosystem.
We are looking for a top Business Partner Developer to join our Sales team.

Reporting and working in tandem with the Head of sales, you will be part of a top team of 6 to 10 people.


- Attract, find and hire new partners to develop our sales via scalable ways

We have identified 4 type of partners that you will have to work and negotiate with:

  • Sponsors aligned with our values for our content (our videos have been viewed over 100 million times) or our impactful business events (with more than thousands of attendees)
  • Corporate partners for promoting and selling our trainings
  • Influenceurs to participate to our training and promote it
  • Online learning marketplace (Udemy for example)

And you may have other ideas of partners who could impact our business We look forward to hearing about them.

- Leverage your network and be proactive to create a machine to attract partners who will want to work with us:

  • Organize linkedin campaigns with specific tools
  • Create and develop your own personal brand to attract new partners


You will hold 10 to 15 Meetings a week to identify partners who will have the biggest impact on the company.


- Use digital tools as a way to be more productive and scalable for developing our Sales:

  • Manage your own reports on Hubspot for leads that you are generating.
  • Lead the project to integrate Online Learning Marketplace.
You use digital tools as a way to be more efficient and to give visibility to the team for the work that you are doing
