DARE TO DO MORE is a two-year graduate program from PepsiCo, which offers you the opportunity to fast-track your career within a leading global brand.

Responsibilities

Your role will be to create and support global digital developments for PepsiCo within a growing team based in Barcelona and Vitoria.

These developments will be around topics in the functional areas of Supply Chain, Commercial, Sustainability, Business Planning and Innovation.

You will be part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team around data, where you will play a key role in contributing to Data Engineering innovation streams and experiments, supporting the team in enhancements and project work, and communicating with different teams across PepsiCo.

Your day to day with us:

Develop, optimize and maintain ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Design, create and maintain data warehouses, data marts, and data pipelines.
Monitor data quality and analyze data trends.
Troubleshoot and debug data engineering related issues.
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts and other engineers to develop datadriven solutions for business requirements.

Qualifications

What will you need to succeed?

Background:
Master/Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics years of experience in the technology field
Bootcamp + relevant industry/domain experience
Some knowledge in programming in different languages (Python is a must)
Experience with SQL
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
Valuable knowledge in agile methodologies
English fluent
Fulltime availability to join our graduate program in October 2023
