    Sustainability Trainee Opportunity

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Trainee to support our Corporate Sustainability Manager in deploying FICOSA's Worldwide Sustainability Strategy. The successful candidate will ensure that our products, processes, and methodologies are legally compliant, responsibly designed and manufactured, and meet or exceed their sustainability expectations regarding economic, environmental, and social impacts.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Communicate the Sustainability strategic approach clearly and consistently across the organization
    • Support the identification and deployment of best practices through Sustainability programs, audits, and corporate standards
    • Contribute to corporate Sustainability plans and local plan execution, working with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
    • Propose environmentally friendly and economically affordable methods
    • Assess carbon footprint and suggest reduction measures
    • Produce regular reports for internal and external stakeholders
    • Align with low-carbon technologies
    • Foster compliance with Sustainability key indicators and reporting systems

    Requirements

    • Undergraduate degree required
    • Fluent in local language and English (spoken & written)
    • No prior experience necessary, but postgraduate studies would be beneficial
    • No travel requirements
