    to be a member of the Zone Management team with specific focus on continuous upgradation and optimization of our commercial setup in the zone.

    Further, the Head of MSC leads a fully integrated team across the four countries of the zone.


    Your tasks and responsibilities:
    Marketing
    • Organize and coordinate portfolio and user focused Marketing activities across the Zone
    • Actively liaison with Country Sales teams, Zone business area teams and global Marketing teams to build most effective marketing material and channels for Siemens Healthineers
    • Provide insights on Market Trends based on macroeconomic developments and changes in Healthcare landscape in the Zone
    • Handle product launches and coordinate reference site activitiesCommercial Excellence
    • Drive Commercial Excellence initiatives in close collaboration with global Commercial Excellence teams
    • Identify training needs of sales force and implement respective measures
    • Ensure active funnel management and continuous white spot analysis,
    as regular task of project reviews with Sales team
    • Support preparation of business planning and forecasting activities
    • Provide indirect channel support with Business Partner screenings, BP categorization and performance management
    • Ensures that governance rules for on- and off boarding of BP's are followedCommunications
    • Adjust marcom materials to local needs, where and if required
    • Plan, organize and execute high-impact events and exhibitions in the Zone
    • Plan and manage marcom budget of the Zone
    • Support presentations and ensure content management of local websites and social media (Facebook, Twitter) presence
    • Handle Zone press activities in close liaison with HQ
