We are currently looking for a permanent postion of
Global Process Owner Management Lean Routines for our location
in La Roca del Vallés.

Missions

Define and deploy standard processes, tools and training aligned with potential other functions and with the support of a crossfunctional/crosssite team
Ensure continuous improvement of process and tools (included digital solution), collect and validate the local requests of process improvement
Audit maturity per factory

:

Check the gap with the global process & define next steps with local key users

Support local teams during their daily business, help with problem solving; promote best practices in terms of templates and tips
Animate Process community, create process community (site key users) to be part of the continuous improvement of process and tools. The community is the communication channel toward the plants.
Make external benchmarks for process excellence

Profile

You have advanced education (min. Bachelor Degree) and 10 years in productions functions.
You worked in a reactive, complex, international and transversal environment.
You worked in an organization driven by lean.
You must be fluent in English, and ideally a second language (French, German, Italian ).
You are willing to spend 50% of your time traveling, mainly in Europe.
You have transversal management skills, you are resilient, persistent and pugnacious, and you are a good listener.
