Requirements for applicants

  • You are a native English speaker
  • You are a current university student or have graduated from university. We specifically value applicants with studies related to education, languages or literature or child development. Applicants not meeting this requirement will be evaluated on a casebycase basis
  • You are a citizen of an Englishspeaking country that is not part of the EU and are 18 or older. You must also pass a background check
  • You have some prior experience working with young children as a volunteer, teacher, tutor, babysitter, sports coach, etc.
  • You want to learn Spanish (no previous knowledge required) while you enjoy and discover Spain

What you get from the Program

  • We help you find accommodation before you come and help you with paperwork once you are here (NIE, bank account, cellphone)
  • You will improve your level of Spanish with 2.5 hours of class a day from Monday to Thursday, from October until May
  • You are required to complete our online TEFL course and will become a certified Teacher of English as a Foreign Language
  • You gain experience teaching children ages 2 to 15 in group lessons at schools
  • You get a monthly stipend of 150 € to help with living expenses

Salary: 150.00€ per month
