Could you be the full-time Customer Services Technician in Pinto we're looking for?


Your future role


You'll will have an end-to-end relationship with Customer(s) for Parts, back-office, from offers, follow up proyects and sales order registration, delivery follow up, until payment, including master data management, and KPI preparation.

Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (parts team, project engineering, sourcing, etc.), register offers and services in ERP and much more.

You'll specifically take care of
visit to customers but also register spreadsheets of offers and services in ERP.


We'll look to you for:

  • PR and NPR request
  • Register bills and services in ERP.
  • Parts order management
  • Control of financial gaps bids and customer orders
  • New customers ID creation.
  • Data master management
  • Billing request, and follow up in ERP
  • Customer service.
  • Customer P.O. confirmation.
  • Customer quotations.
  • Supplier orders follow up with procurement.
  • Control of financial gaps bids and customer orders
  • Preparation of documents for bids.
  • Bonds request and follow up.
  • Overdues follow up
  • Purchase request to procurement department
  • Support to sales, production, Project manager, logistics, technical teams

  • University degree or similar in experience
  • Experience by a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Language skills required: advanced/business fluent level of English;
  • Use IT tools such as Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS-Project.
  • SAP ERP
  • Products and services knowledge on different market segments (Urban, Mainline, F&M and Services)
  • AS400 ERP
  • Digitalization background
  • 5 years of experience in customer service department in offers and order management.
  • Global view of business and relationships between different areas.
  • Experience working in and with multinational companies and in different business cultures.
  • Knowledgeable of ALSTOM way of working for efficient process execution
  • Rail industry background
  • Customer oriented.
  • Sense of urgency.
  • Sense of anticipation.
  • Openminded, focused on problem resolution.
  • Take initiatives, communicative and analytical.
  • Good communication skills
  • Leadership, entrepreneurship mindset and result oriented
  • Knowledge of railway products and systems
  • Negotiation skills
