We are looking for someone with extensive experience in Sales Operations and/or Sales Enablement processes, who enjoys working in a Start-Up environment.

You'll have the opportunity to work with a team of execution experts spread across various HP functions, and redesign existing processes and/or build new business processes where it makes sense, on a WW level, to then manage implementation with the regional Sales Operations organizations.

You are capable of getting into the details in order to solve issues, and identifying opportunities to improve and restructure existing processes, in order to enable a customer, partner & sales focused scaling of the business execution.

You are used to work with deadlines and are an expert in prioritizing.


Responsibilities:


  • Define WW operational initiatives in close collaboration with the 3DP Sales Ops & CBM team in order to drive Quote to Cash and Aftermarket process in the most efficient way.
  • Drive timely implementation of newly defined key processes / initiatives across the regions for the GTM sales coverage: direct / indirect Sales motions.
  • Be the focal point of 3D Sales Operations team in strategic planning activities including: Metrics, Costs, Strategic Initiatives and overall governance of the 3D Sales Operations Team.
  • Be the focal point in Global Sales Operations for any new Business program to be implemented and own investigation on existing processes/programs which could be leveraged.
  • Responsible for the overall success of the critical projects she/he will drive; ensuring a seamless execution across a complex organization.
  • Coordinate a multidiscipline and multiorganization team towards achieving the successful project implementation as the main common goal.

Requirements:


  • Between 6 to 10 years project management & process experience, working with remote, diverse teams in many countries.
  • Quote to Cash and Post Sales experience (Direct and/or Indirect GTM).
  • Project management and strategic planning skills.
  • Quality improvement training is desirable.

Key Skills:


  • Thorough knowledge of HP operational processes, industry trends, and customer/partner requirements
  • Broad understanding of core HP businesses and the revenue cycle
  • Strong communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation)
  • Strong knowledge of process area, experience with process improvement projects and ability to provide suggestions for process improvements
  • Demonstrated project management, strategic planning, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Basic financial and business acumen
  • Sales spirit to drive region engagement and business results
  • Collaborative attitudes towards regions
  • Autonomy to be able to drive projects and anticipate
  • Selfmotivated, independent, analytical
