Job Summary

This role supports overheads management, control support, and accounting entries requests. The ideal candidate will have experience in similar duties and responsibilities, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, accuracy, and compliance with deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Overheads Management: Ensure accurate and timely management of overheads.
• Control Support: Provide support for LV and indicator files, energy control files, and accounting entries requests.
• SOX Compliance: Execute local controls for revenue and inventory, supporting FFAA, Visitor Center, and employee sales controls.
• Capex: Manage PR requests and PO reception, update control files, and support new FFAA requests.
• D2C Charges Requests: Process D2C charges requests (ES40).
• GRNI Process Support: Support GRNI process activities.
• General Administration: Perform general administration tasks and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• 1 year's experience in similar duties and responsibilities.
• Fluent Spanish and comprehension in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
• Enterprising and innovative attitude.
• PC skills (good Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to develop cross-functional relationships.
• Experience in accounting, tax, finance.
• Advanced computer skills.
