As a Regional Accounts Manager, a typical day might include the following:_- In collaboration with Global Account Managers, identify and develop relationships with key customer influencers and stakeholders within assigned region(s) to grow sales of SEL solutions through the understanding of a customer's true requirements and objectives.- Understand and navigate the commercial landscape of the region, coordinating the efforts across various SEL organizations to enable sales of SEL solutions.- Maintain strong knowledge of all SEL products and teach customers SEL technology and innovation.- Collaborate with Regional S&CS, ES, and Enclosures teams to meet customer needs by leveraging domain expertise across geographies.- Maintain engagement with stakeholders to ensure successful project award and execution.- Leverage CRM and other business tools to maintain customer relationship information, opportunity tracking and sales activities.- Provide input into forecasting and strategic account planning processes and support their execution.- Work collaboratively to understand and drive the resolution of customer feedbacks and product issues.- Other duties as assigned.


  • This job might be for you if:_
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in a technical sales environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of electric power utility or critical process industry sales, customer service, and technical support.
  • Knowledge of successful financial, business, and sales models.
  • Proven experience managing complex regional sales efforts.
  • Highly organized and adept at problem solving
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to learn concepts and technical details of SEL solutions and competitive solutions.
  • Willing to travel up to 30%
  • Strong writing, documentation, speaking, and presentation skills in English and Spanish (other European languages preferred).
