As a Back-End Tech Lead, you will have the opportunity to work with a group of people who share a passion for the iGaming industry.

Your role as Tech Lead is to manage the overall planning, execution and success of complex software solutions to meet the needs of our customers.

The Tech lead can also act as Team Lead to cover team management when necessary.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of backend developers, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure high quality work
Ensure good and smooth collaboration with different business functions to get what the team needs to move forward (Collaboration with product managers/owners, design teams, operations...)
Team debugging (number of outstanding bugs, number of introduced bugs, delivery date changes, daily production deployments...)
Responsible for technical debt management
Tasks Management : Ability to meet estimated delivery times
Provide regular feedback to team members Encourage and promote best practices
Enhance pair programming to provide technical guidance
Delegate complex issues

Profile:

Demonstrate effective collaboration skills
Ability to identify and eliminate any obstacles for the team
Take a proactive approach: anticipate risks and manage them before they become a bottleneck for the team
Have strong communication and collaboration skills
Demonstrate empathy towards business stakeholders
Act as a mentor for team members
Find ways to get nontechnical people to understand these same technical concepts

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field 5 years of experience as a backend developer at least (if no project management experience), with expertise in Dotnet and PHP (+Symfony)
Working in Agile and SCRUM methodology
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for the iGaming industry and new technologies and emerging trends, with an experience of high traffic sites (500K message/second)
Have knowledge of the following technologies: Rabittmg, Redis, MySQL...
