    Job Overview

    We offer trainee positions in various departments within the Rooms Division. Please note that this information serves as a guide.

    During your first day at the hotel, you will participate in an interview with your divisional leader. Afterward, they will decide which department best suits your skills and profile.

    You will have opportunities for lateral service, allowing you to develop your talents in other departments.

    Departments

    Concierge:

    • Assist guests in finding their way around town, making reservations for various services (restaurants, spa, hairdresser, rentals, transportation, tours, shows, events, etc.)
    • Help guests locate lost luggage at the airport
    • Send and receive packages, letters, personal belongings, flowers, and other items
    • Offer recommendations and suggestions for activities in town (sightseeing tours, old-town walks, beach promenades, shopping rounds, cultural visits, etc.)
    • Plan and book trips, flights, hotels within the country and abroad
    • Provide directions within the property and inform guests about services available in their rooms

    Guest Services:

    • Deliver a warm welcome to guests and provide initial contact with the hotel
    • Assist guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure
    • Arrange transportation to and from the hotel
    • Organize in-room deliveries, gifts, welcome letters, and other requests
    • Take group bag pulls
    • Store personal belongings safely
    • Follow up on guest requests and bid farewell to each guest

    Penthouses:

    • The Penthouses represent the pinnacle of luxury at Hotel Arts
    • HKP duties include inspecting rooms, maintaining minibars, controlling cleanliness, and completing engineer tasks
    • Provide butler assistance to each guest staying in the apartments
    • Perform personal concierge tasks

    Guest Relations:

    • Engage with guests in the lobby, interact with them, identify their needs, and solve any demands
    • Complete back-office duties related to planning, highlighting, and controlling VIP stays
    • Organize amenities for VIPS, oversee hotel operations surrounding their stays
    • Accompany guests to their desired locations
    • Support the Front Desk during rooming procedures

    Front Desk:

    • Check guests in and out using the opera system
    • Exceed guests' expectations by fulfilling their needs and addressing complaints
    • Provide basic concierge assistance and information about hotel facilities
    • Plan and organize group arrivals
    • Process payments, assist with cash advances, and review guest folios

    Club:

    • Set up and break down daily food presentations
    • Carefully attend to guests while they relax in the executive lounge
    • Assist with serving and provide support when guests are eating or drinking
    • Escort guests to their rooms after check-in and explain room facilities
    • After 2 months: Provide concierge assistance
    • After 3 months: Offer personalized check-in and check-out experiences

    Housekeeping:

    • Inspect and maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas
    • Create checklists for inspected rooms
    • Conduct monthly inventories of in-room amenities and equipment
    • Support the HKP manager with daily pop-up duties, projects, and last-minute requests
