- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment, ideally in financial services industry.
- Ability to work with multiple squads. Guide and coach, the teams on implementing Agile/Scrum practices and principles.
- Coach the team on selforganization and crossfunctionality.
- Sound knowledge with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Knows how to work their way around helping the team with impediments and raising blockers and issues with high level management to address those.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English No years of experience 3+ years Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or a related field, or substantial practical experience of software delivery at an advanced level.
