- Estar en penúltimo o último curso de los estudios de Ingeniería (Mecánica, Eléctrica, etc.)
- Estar en situación de firmar convenio de prácticas con tu centro de formación con una duración mínima de 6 meses
- Que tu carga lectiva te permita una dedicación de al menos 20 semanales (L-V)
- Un nivel mínimo de inglés B2
- Gran capacidad de aprendizaje
- Gestión de consultas técnicas de clientes, respuesta y seguimiento de las tareas realizadas
- Soporte al equipo backoffice a nivel de selección y cálculo de equipos
- Optimización técnica de selecciones de equipos/producto
- Gestión de consultas/pedidos dentro del marco ETO
- Soporte a la gestión de SIOP / Demand Planning
- Soporte a la formación / visitas de clientes

Sobre la posición
Durante tu periodo de prácticas como Pre-Sales Technical Engineer, tu objetivo principal en esta posición será dar soporte a las tareas del área Technical Support a nivel de Backoffice para clientes y Demand Planning SIOP.
