As a Senior Entertainment Travel

Consultant

, you will:


  • Provide travelrelated information, and proactively suggest additional services to enhance the customers travel experience
  • Offer expert advice and consultation to our travelers, including detailed travel information, itineraries and potentially suggesting upgrades and additional services that align with the customer's needs
  • Expertly use the appropriate the BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
  • Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer

A

bout you:


  • Extensive experience in the travel industry
  • Solid working knowledge of the travel policies, procedures, and processes
  • Knowledgeable of travel industry systems Sabre (preferred) or Amadeus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment
  • High level of selfreliance and decisionmaking ability
  • Demonstrated professional customer service skills
