    Job responsibilities

  • You will be working as part of an international team, with the expectation to share updates on projects regularly
  • Work according to cyber security policies, compliance standards
  • Take care of all on site infrastructure (Access - AV - Security systems) within the office
  • Being the face of customer technical support in the Barcelona office, working closely with the office manager and the rest of the Workspaces Europe team to ensure office-based client project teams are working efficiently
  • Work with the IT Procurement lead to replace and renew Macbooks
  • Facilitate new hire orientations, making sure laptops are shipped to new hires on time and helping Thoughtworkers set up their new devices.
  • Work closely with the Europe-wide team, and global team on large projects
  • Work closely with the IT Delivery & Tech leaders on priority projects
  • Aid and consult regarding office operations and improvements
  • Work to support North America, European and Latin American users through our ticketing system
  • Job qualifications

    Technical Skills

  • Advanced level of english.
  • Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot hardware issues for our Macbooks, AV rooms & some of our internal systems
  • Effective collaboration with internal clients
  • Ability to think analytically and propose improvements.
  • Professional Skills

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service face-to-face, and also remotely
  • Additional experience with aiding or implementing cyber security certifications is a bonus
  • Experience using and supporting video conferencing (audio, video troubleshooting)
