The Role
We are currently in the market for a Payroll Lead with focus on SAP HCM and Employee Central Payroll.


Responsibilities


The Payroll Lead will be a HCM / Payroll expert and be responsible for preparation and execution of payroll related client workshops.

In addition, this person will be responsible for overall solution design and be able to perform as a solution architect when needed.

An ability to manage, lead and mentor other consultants is also required.


Requirements:

Extensive expertise in SAP Payroll with experience in solutioning using the SAP Payroll tool-set.


  • 7 years of SAP HCM experience
Spanish Payroll knowledge

Strong Functional knowledge of HR & Payroll processes for Spain

Involved in a minimum of 3 End to End Payroll implementations

Certification in SAP HCM Payroll and Employee Central Payroll


Nice to have
Experience of implementing ECP functionality, replication, PCC, mashups
