  • Be in liaison with the finance department to ensure the processes are followed accordingly.
  • Client Interaction: Collaborate with account managers to maintain positive client relationships by providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and managing client expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including creative and medical departments to ensure seamless project execution.

About you:

We are looking for someone who wants to learn, with enthusiasm and involvement

Skills & Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and external clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools/software is a plus.

  • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards taking on new challenges.
  • Languages required: Spanish and English are a must.
The possibility to sign an internship agreement for at least 6 months is mandatory for the vacancy.
