_We're looking for a Service Delivery Manager_
Infrastructure, Communications, Systems and User Support Manager
Your profile:
_ Main responsibilities_
_Infrastructure, Communication and System Management_
- Lead and manage the development, procurement, and proactive maintenance of IT
- Ensure that services evolve in line with organizational needs and new technologies and
- Ensure the right sizing of the infrastructure, to ensure the proper performance and cost
- Ensure the infrastructure is secure, aligned with cybersecurity department policies and
- Manage the SDWAN current and future deployments related to the SDWAN network
_ Service Desk Management_
- Ensure that appropriate Service Levels and KPI are agreed in the contracts with external
- Leverage the ITIL framework best practices to streamline processes and drive optimum
- Manage and oversee, using industry best practice, the onboarding, acceptance and
- partner
- Ensure that the service desk operations are efficient and effective, and the services
_ Team and Area Management_
- Manage the relationship with external service providers
- Keep track of the costs and budget of the area
- Provide technical support for highlevel issues or incidents
- Assure that the documentation of the department services is always reviewed, updated and
- Manage a small group of skilled technical specialists
- Project management
_ Requirements_
- Experienced IT manager with at least 2 years of experience managing infrastructures on a
- Excellent knowledge on infrastructures, networking, and public cloud technologies
- Experienced Service Management professional with a passion for Service Improvement
- Experience of managing teams of technicians
- Experience of managing 3rd parties and 3rd party delivered services
- Service Management or Support in a largescale and diverse environment of incident
- Proven negotiation experience and analysis skills.
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrable knowledge on Microsoft systems: Azure, Active Directory, Windows 10 &
- Demonstrable knowledge on AWS is a must
- Strong working knowledge of ITSM (Jira or similar)
- AWS, Azure, andor Microsoft 365 certification is desirable
- Experience with Project management
