Job Description:


You will play a key role in supporting the business to mature and develop capability across Project Management, Programme Management, Change Management and Agile.


You will provide hands-on, targeted advice, guidance and coaching to strategically important projects, programmes and other business initiatives at key points during the initiative lifecycle, from ideation through to implementation and embedding.

This support will help to ensure that the Initiative outcomes are delivered successfully with mínimal disruption to the business and all intended benefits are realised.


You may also play a hands-on role in delivering project and change activities on specific projects as required, and in providing assurance to the Transformation Office via initiative health checks.

In all cases, the role is focused on ensuring initiative value is delivered whilst also building lasting capability.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the development of transformation capability across Brambles, including Project Management, Programme Management, Change Management and Agile
  • Coach business leaders and managers on their role in transformation
  • Lead elements of specific projects or initiatives when required (e.g., as an interim Project Manager or Change Lead)
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews on inflight initiatives to assess status or diagnose issues
  • Support the ongoing development of the Brambles Transformation Playbook, and of one or more specialist frameworks and toolkits (Project & Programme / Change / Agile)
  • Establish and/or sustain the relevant Communities of Practice to build transformation capability across the organisation
Experience

Essential

  • At least 5 years' experience of working at the heart of businessrelated project delivery, including at least 3 years' handson experience as either a project manager, programme manager, change manager, scrum master, agile coach or equivalent
  • Endtoend experience of designing, delivering and embedding a change from inception through to adoption
  • Experience of agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches
  • Proven experience in coaching, mentoring and developing individuals and teams, including conducting group and onetoone training
Desirable

  • Handson experience in more than one of the specialist areas of transformation capability (project, programme, change, agile)
  • Experience of coaching or building capability across a complex portfolio of projects and programmes
  • Experience of establishing and sustaining Communities of Practice related to transformation
  • Experience of working in a global organization
  • Consulting experience

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • Recognised certification in one or more of Project Management, Programme Management, Change Management or Agile
