    Senior Divisional Planner

    We are looking for a candidate with strong operational drives, excellent oral & written communication English & a basic knowledge on FMCG/Luxury Industries and Supply Chain Management. Being result & problem-solving oriented as well as autonomous are strong assets for this position. Proficiency in Excel is mandatory, Visual Basic (VBA) proficiency preferred.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    As our Senior Divisional Planner, you are responsible for the reasonability and the accuracy of the forecast for the Brands under your responsibility/ scope and you will lead the monthly brand review. You will also participate and coordinate the non-saleable S&OP drumbeat with global and local teams.

    Your main focus:

  • 1) Senior Divisional Planner Non-Saleable Prestige : Non-Saleable S&OP (NS S&OP) coordinator: You will own the monthly NS Demand valorization and comparison to Financial Budgets exercise and participate in the Global NS S&OP preparation and meeting. You will highlight gaps, coordinate with Global teams, and escalate priorities to management. You will assist Local teams in deploying guidance & recommendations, in line with top management decisions. Non-Saleable Demand process enabler: You will lead the forecast completeness process on Samples and Testers. Working in close collaboration with the Global S&OP leaders and the Long-Range Demand Planner to monitor demand evolution, ensure 24M demand signals and leverage forecast accuracy.
  • 2) Senior Divisional Planner Brand (scope TBD): Leverage forecast accuracy within 0-12 months horizon: for the Brands under your responsibility, you will review and coordinate with Local and Global teams the Demand Planning core Tasks & Analysis (e.g., key deviations root cause forecast volatility, ensure forecast reasonability and adherence with ambitions, new products launch monitoring). Ensure forecast completeness within 13-24 months horizon: you will be responsible for Global Demand operational tasks in close collaboration with Global Brand teams and lead the monthly Brand reviews.

    The positions currently located at Granollers however within a year it would be moved to Barcelona capital.

  • Proficient in Excel, essential for the role.
  • VBA, Power BI knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Open-minded and critical to as-is methodologies/processes.
  • Able to work with autonomy (with steady support from manager).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Product/Voice of Customer-centred, knowledge of Fragrance/Skin/Cosmetics trends is a plus.
